These terms apply to your use of the Nature's Intelligence Kinesiology website and to any bookings or sessions with Li-Anne Tan ("we", "us"). By using this website or booking a call or session, you agree to these terms.

About our work

Nature's Intelligence Kinesiology offers trauma-informed, body-based kinesiology sessions in Singapore, in person and online. Kinesiology is a complementary practice concerned with the body, the nervous system and patterns of regulation.

Important: Our work is not medical, psychiatric or psychological treatment, diagnosis, or a substitute for professional healthcare. It is not emergency or crisis support. If you are unwell, in distress, or in an emergency, please contact a qualified medical professional or the relevant emergency services. In Singapore you can call 995 for emergencies or the Samaritans of Singapore (SOS) at 1767.

No guarantee of outcomes

Everyone responds differently, and the pace and nature of change vary from person to person. We work sincerely and attentively, but we do not and cannot guarantee any particular result or outcome from a session or series of sessions.

Bookings, rescheduling and cancellations

Bookings are made through our scheduling provider, Calendly.
The Insight & Fit Call is offered free of charge, with no obligation to continue.
Fees for any ongoing sessions will be communicated to you clearly before you commit to them.
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us as much notice as reasonably possible so the time can be offered to someone else.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information when booking and during sessions.
Share anything relevant to your safety and wellbeing so we can work responsibly with you.
Continue to follow the advice of your doctors and other healthcare providers; our work is intended to complement, not replace, their care.
Any decisions or actions you take following a session remain your own responsibility.

Confidentiality and your data

We treat what you share with care and confidentiality. How we collect, use and protect your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. We may disclose information only where required by law, or where there is a serious risk to your safety or the safety of others.

Website content

The content of this website — text, images, logo and design — belongs to Nature's Intelligence Kinesiology and may not be copied or reused without permission. The website is provided on an "as is" basis, and we may update or change it at any time.

Third-party services

Our website links to third-party services such as Calendly for booking. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party websites; your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website, from reliance on its content, or from decisions you make following a session. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.
